Privacy Policy

This website may collect information you voluntarily provide through the scheduling interface, website chat, email, telephone, or text messaging, together with ordinary technical server logs needed to operate and secure the site.

Contact and conflict-screening information

Information provided for an inquiry is used to respond, perform conflict screening, evaluate potential engagement, schedule communications, and administer the practice. Submission of information does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Confidential information

Please do not send confidential or substantive case information. Initial intake may request attorney name, firm, email, telephone, and party and counsel names when needed for conflict screening.

Microsoft 365 email

The practice may use Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online to receive, store, and manage practice email and calendar information. Website contact notifications may be delivered to the practice's Microsoft 365 mailbox.

Brevo website communications and scheduling

FL Trial Counsel uses Brevo for scheduling, website chat, offline chat contact capture, and related communications. The same conflict and confidentiality limits apply to each channel. A website inquiry or meeting booking is operational contact information and is not, by itself, consent to receive marketing email.

Text messaging

If you request or consent to text communication, the mobile number and related messaging information may be used for one-to-one conversational communications concerning your inquiry or matter. See the SMS Terms.

Service providers

Website hosting, Microsoft 365, Brevo, telecommunications, security, and other service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. FL Trial Counsel uses these services for business operations, communications, scheduling, security, and website functionality.

Analytics and AI

At launch, this site does not use behavioral advertising or a public AI assistant. If analytics, advertising technologies, or a public AI assistant are added later, this policy will be updated as appropriate.
